after fifteen plus years working in the fine dining and hospitality industry, i decided to break into commercial food manufacturing knowing it would not be easy. i set out to create a product that would become a staple for the family kitchen, with two key goals:
first, to perfect a recipe that highlights balance, sweetness, saltiness, nuttiness, and palatability. and second, to bring it to market as a true one of a kind product.

the name "rosolare," comes from the italian verb meaning, to darken, or to brown.
Brown Butter is an ingredient held in the highest regards by chefs and bakers, for its nutty flavor and aroma.
Rosolare's™ carefully crafted process, removes the dairy solids of the butter fat and then emulsifies and aerates the butter with a caramelized spiced honey!
